2014 Ventana by Newmar (4037) - Class A Motorhome in Waretown, NJ
A quick walk around the outside of this luxury coach reveals its full-body paint and aluminum wheels. The street-side full-wall slide and (2) passenger-side slides provide plenty of room inside, but still provide plenty of access to all the storage underneath the coach. All the storage doors have bus-type latches, and some of the bays have slide-out trays, providing plenty of storage options for extended trips or full-time use.
Walking into the coach, you're greeted with ceramic tile floors throughout. Comfortable driver and passenger seats make long drives a breeze. On the streetside, there are (2) leather recliners with a couple of table options. Across from the recliners is a custom-made desk that can easily be removed to install a couch. Behind the desk is a large TV on an elevator lift.
Next is a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a new microwave/convection oven. For dining, there is a table and chairs. The table has a leaf, so it can be extended to seat 4.
Toward the rear, there is a king-size bed and plenty of storage for all your clothes. The coach is also fitted with a half bath. The full bath in the rear has a stackable washer/dryer combo and a linen closet with a safe inside.
A Cummins ISL provides plenty of power for this coach for hills and towing. The tag axle, unique in this size, adds extra stability and improves the ride quality.

The exterior paint is in great condition and free of scrapes or scratches.
There are just a couple of small marks on the clear protective film at the front of the coach.
The tires are in good condition, and the wheels shine nicely.
The awnings all work well; there is a small tear at the corner of the left-side window awning, but it doesn't affect its operation.
The interior is bright and clean, showing very few signs of wear.
All lights, electrical components, and appliances work as they should.
All the mechanicals, engine, generator, air conditioners, and heat work smoothly and operate without any issues.
