Overall condition is good per the seller.
One slide, on the entry side has water damage, and there may be water damage in the basement.
The slide where the dinette is located has water damage that has weakened the floor and is currently covered with a piece of plywood for support as shown in the photos.
The awning motor needs to be replaced.
There is some wear on the upholstery of the recliners.
The tires are original with a DOT code of 4118
Recent Maintenance:
A new rear A/C was installed in the summer of 2025. The roof was resealed the summer of 2024.
