Condition:
The overall exterior condition of the RV is good, with only a few minor chips and scratches from normal wear and tear, except for some minor fiberglass damage on the rear corner visible in the pictures.
The front seats have the typical peeling and cracking associated with synthetic leather, and both have seat covers.
There is some mild spiderweb cracking on the rear panel, but it appears to be only cosmetic.
The original awning and slide toppers are serviceable but have stretch openings and small tears from aging.
The tires looked very new, as the seller states they were replaced in the spring of 2025, but the date codes were turned in and could not be viewed.
The outdoor TV does not work.
the electric combination lock on the entry door does not work but keyed entry works fine
