The exterior presents well overall and could benefit from a bath. No visible exterior damage was observed, and the tires have ample tread remaining.
The interior appears clean and well cared for. The furnishings, cabinetry, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and living areas show very little wear for the age of the RV. There were no offensive odors noted at the time of the visit.
Stored under cover, only towed once.
