The RV's interior, exterior, features, equipment, and available documentation were reviewed with the seller and verified where possible. At the time of the visit, the coach presented as clean, well-maintained, and in very good overall condition.
The exterior fiberglass, graphics, roof, storage compartments, utility connections, and entry systems appeared clean and well cared for at the time of the photo session.
The Mercedes-Benz chassis, engine compartment, undercarriage, and visible mechanical components also presented in clean condition, with no obvious concerns noted during the visual documentation.
Inside, the living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean and well organized. Cabinetry, flooring, furnishings, countertops, fixtures, and appliances presented with very little visible wear, consistent with the coach's overall appearance and relatively low mileage.
During the photo session, the seller demonstrated the operation of several major features, including the slide-out, power awning, generator, and other house systems. Those items operated as expected during the demonstration.
