The condition of this RV appears to be very good.
The seller was able to demonstrate full functionality, including A/C, slides, all electronics, and the awning.
The sellers added auto levelers and a door pad lock to be able to enter with or without a key. They also added full size tires.
The tire gate code is 4123.
There appears to be no damage on the interior or exterior of this coach.
Recent Maintenance:
Sellers had a full service done in May of 2024 at Giant Recreation World in Orlando FL. They also had the roof checked and sealed in April of 2025.
Recent Repairs:
Per the sellers the right side awning arm broke so both motors and one arm was replaced. The fridge was replaced after the first year because of a bad motor.
