The 2024 Forest River Wildwood Grand Lodge 44VIEW is an exceptionally spacious and well-appointed destination trailer designed for comfortable, long-term living. With a staggering array of residential features and a truly unique multi-level floor plan, this RV offers the experience of a small home on wheels.
The exterior features durable fiberglass construction and a massive 26-foot powered awning to maximize outdoor living space. It includes a bumper pull hitch, dual entry doors, and two large slide-outs protected by awning toppers.
The interior of the Grand Lodge 44VIEW feels remarkably open, thanks to its extraordinary window coverage--totaling 224 square feet of tinted glass--which allows for almost 360-degree panoramic views. All windows are equipped with blackout roller shades for privacy and temperature control.
The main living space is anchored by a large, residential L-shaped sectional sofa. Opposite the seating area is an entertainment center that houses an electric fireplace and a 50-inch "televator" (a pop-up TV that lowers out of sight when not in use). The adjacent central kitchen is fully equipped for full-time living, featuring a large island with counter-height seating, a residential Whirlpool Double French door refrigerator, a built-in stainless steel gas oven and stovetop, and a walk-in pull-out pantry.
One of the standout design elements of the 44VIEW is its dual-loft configuration. Two separate staircases lead to upper loft spaces--a front loft and a rear loft--perfect for accommodating guests or children without sacrificing main-floor living area. On the ground floor, the private bedroom offers a luxurious retreat. It features a Custom King mattress equipped with a Versa-Tilt powered incline system, a dresser, and excellent closet space.
Unlike many destination trailers, the 44VIEW includes a bath-and-a-half layout. The convenient half-bath is located just off the kitchen, ensuring guests in the lofts or living area do not have to walk through the master bedroom.
The primary full bathroom is situated at the rear of the RV and includes a spacious 50-inch walk-in shower with a seat, a vanity, a toilet, and a linen closet.
To keep the climate perfectly controlled, the trailer is equipped with dual 15,000 BTU Coleman Mach 8 air conditioning units and a 35,000 BTU furnace.
