The interior remains clean throughout the living space, showing minimal signs of wear on the flooring, cushions, and cabinetry.
However, there are two specific structural and cosmetic modifications to note: the kitchen booth dinette table brace has been modified by the seller and is now fixed in a permanent upright position, and inside the bathroom, there is a small, pencil-sized hole in the wall paneling located directly above the shower stall housing (see pictures).
