Condition:
In 2020, major maintenance and upgrades included replacing two tires, installing a frame alignment, tow package, Dish satellite, HDMI rewiring, and a new closet rod. Engine/generator oil and air filter services were performed; all six batteries were replaced; the roof was resealed; and the driver's-side wiper arm was replaced.
In 2021, work continued with a new refrigerator cooling unit and vent latches, a new ceiling vent hatch and motor, a water pump, an entry door step motor, shower door rollers, a bathroom fixture, fuel gauge repair, and generator service, alongside a full wash and wax. From 2020 to 2023, various light bulbs and fuses were also replaced.
In 2023, minor repairs included replacing a slide lock on the entry door awning, installing a new toilet, replacing two chassis batteries, and removing moldy clearcoat film.
In 2024, power maintenance focused on replacing four house batteries.
