The exterior fiberglass, graphics, roof, cabinetry, flooring, furniture, appliances, countertops, and interior finishes all appeared to be in very good condition during the photoshoot.
The panoramic rear windows fill the coach with natural light, creating a bright, open feel while highlighting the clean residential decor and minimal signs of wear throughout.
The seller reports all major systems are functioning properly. During our visit, all three slide-outs and both power awnings were demonstrated in operation, and videos documenting their operation were recorded.
The roof appeared to be in very good condition with only light surface dirt consistent with normal outdoor storage.
The RV is reported to be smoke-free and pet-free, and no noticeable smoke or pet odors were present during our inspection.
Goodyear Endurance tires are installed with documented DOT dates, and the RV includes both a mounted spare tire and a tire change kit.
