2016 Cyclone 4113 by Heartland Toy Hauler With 13' Garage!
This 2016 Cyclone 4113 by Heartland, offers a great floor plan with a 13' garage, two full baths, and sleeps at least 7 people comfortably!
Cyclone 5th wheels are built to provide years of use and for carrying a heavy load of toys and fun wherever they go!
Big windows, drive up ramp rear door, large galley, comfortable sleeping areas, large slides, and plenty of storage inside and out!
Rear patio fencing, and the four-season door from the garage out onto the rear patio.
Heartland Cyclones are engineered for year round use. They are tested in the Dometic extreme temperature chamber. The units are tested for temps down to zero and for 100 degrees.
Cummins Onan 5.5KW Generator with only 87 hours on it!
Automatic leveling, washer and dryer, residential size refrigerator, heated holding tanks, R30 radiant technology insulation, 50 AMP power, propane, and a one piece EPDM walk on roof!

Condition:
This 2016 Cyclone 4113 by Heartland is a heavy duty toy hauler 5th wheel.
Seller has owned it for the past 10 years and taken very good care of it. States no leaks and has never had any, no smoking, no soft spots in the floors or on the roof, auto-leveling, and all other systems function as designed.
Long list of service work completed that included replacing one 15,000 BTU A/C, and a long list of other items that totaled over $4,000.00. Roof was also resealed during the service work.
The refrigerator is the only thing currently not working and will need replaced. Service center said the compressor is bad. Tires are original to the unit and according to DOT recommendations they should be replaced. Sofa fabric shows some wear on one of the backrest cushions.
Some cosmetic damage on one wheel well, and the refrigerator needs to be replaced.
Recent Repairs:
Unit was checked and winterized in December 2025, and then service completed in June 2026 with having over $4,000.00 in service work completed.
This included roof re-sealing, and much more.
