2018 LEPRECHAUN 311FS
Step inside and enjoy this great layout for the whole family.
Relax on the theater seats or at the large U-shaped dinette/sleeper, and enjoy the large flat-screen TV.
There is also a 95" x 57" cab-over bunk if you need additional sleeping space or a great spot for extra storage.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a double-bowl sink, microwave, stove, and oven. Across is a large refrigerator/freezer. There is also plenty of cabinet storage and a large pantry closet.
The bathroom has a corner sink and vanity, a shower, a toilet, and linen storage. There is also a Splendide W/D unit installed in the bathroom area.
The rear bedroom features a folding queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet.
On the exterior, you can relax under the large power awning and enjoy the exterior entertainment center with a TV and stereo.

Condition:
This 2018 LEPRECHAUN 311FS has some exterior issues, as noted in the photos.
There is body damage on the driver's side due to impact with a bollard at a gas station. The cargo door still locks and opens.
On the patio side, a cargo door is damaged. Also noted a tear in the slide-out awning.
The RV was in storage, and the Owner could not start the generator. The batteries were dead, and the auto level would not operate; therefore, the slides would not open.
UPDATE - 5/28/26 - Two new batteries have been installed, and the auto levelers and slides operate normally
The interior appeared to be in good condition for the year.
The only issue noted was that the bedroom door was not installed. The door track system that holds the door has come out of the mounts in the ceiling.
This is a ONE-OWNER and LOW-MILEAGE RV !
