This 2017 Berkshire 38A is clean and in good condition.
There is some minor flaking of pleather on the booth, dinette, and couch.
The driver's seat has normal wear and tear and some flaking as well. The front passenger seat has minor flaking in a couple of places.
The seller has purchased new headlights and taillights; they have not been installed, but they will come with this Class A.
The bedroom's AC unit was replaced recently. front tires replaced July 2026
