Fairmont uses the same construction techniques and products as traditional residential builders. Kinro windows, Shaw & Congoleum flooring, Owens Corning 25-year shingles, Royal Dutch vinyl siding, and Whirlpool appliances.
This two-bedroom loft floor plan has room for everyone. The main bedroom has a wardrobe and six storage drawers. Above this bedroom is a very large loft for additional storage or sleeping space.
The second bedroom is a bunkhouse with two full-size beds and space for the washer/dryer combo.
The bathroom has traditional residential features and fixtures. You have a large one-piece walk-in shower with molded seats and storage shelves.
