A 362 HP V10 engine powers the Precept and has a 5,000-lb towing capacity. The Onan 5.5 kW generator powers the house and its two air conditioning units when there is no access to a plug. You can even take this RV off the grid!

The exterior was dusty from storage. The unit's exterior and interior showed wear, as noted in the photos.
The roof caulking was ready for re-sealing.
The driver and passenger seats have covers as the underlying upholstery is cracking, which is typical of the materials used in this era. The sofa sleeper is newer and looks great.
Tire date codes found were 2018.
Recent Maintenance:
Engine oil replaced at 5000 mile intervals. Generator serviced at 150 hour intervals. Two house batteries replaced in 2024.
Recent Repairs:
The front AC unit was replaced in 2024 and the inverter was replaced in 2025.
