The unit has been kept in enclosed storage when not in use, which has helped preserve the exterior in above-average condition.
Tires are Firestone and five years old, with no signs of dry rot and lots of tread left. 6k miles.
Some of the windows are fogged.
The countertop on both front corners of the induction stove is cracked and chipped.
There was a roof leak on the passenger-side front slide in 2024; it was repaired externally but not internally.
The 3M clearing mask on the front cap shows typical signs of age, including discoloration. The owner has a cloth bra to cover it.
Recent Maintenance:
Engine & Aquahot were serviced, and a new (more powerful) water pump was installed. 2024
