With the mid room bunk, which could also serve as an office or spare bedroom, and the overhead loft bunk, your sleeping capacity is tremendous,s making this great if you have kids or just need extra space
The rear living room/kitchen area with its opposing slide outs as tremendous amount of space as well as great quality materials used for construction
Outside, the large power awning provides plenty of shade, and the pass-through storage gives you access from both sides of the RV and the front.

Condition:
The exterior of the RV shows very well with minimal fading and nothing that wouldn't be considered normal wear, and the interior for the age of the unit.
The tires are original equipment and show well, and since the unit has mostly been full-time lived in, has not traveled very far.
The interior and upholstery are both exceptionally clean, with no odd smells or signs of water intrusion.
