Exterior shows in fair condition, with normal wear and tear, except for some fiberglass cracking as seen in the pictures.
Interior shows normal wear and tear as well.
The front tires are less than 36 months old, and three of the four rear tires are aged out at 9 years old; the fourth rear tire was replaced last year.
This particular coach has been well cared for and is road-ready, with systems in good working order.
There is minor water damage at the roof entryway from a previous issue that has been professionally mitigated to prevent leaks, but the area still needs cosmetic repair to restore its original look. It's a straightforward fix that doesn't affect the coach's functionality or structural integrity.
