The Solitude is in great condition visually and, according to the owner, all of the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are working as expected.
There are no areas of excessive wear to the interior or the exterior. There is one 5-6" spot on the vinyl flooring in the kitchen area that has pulled up. That area is covered with a floor runner.
