According to the seller, the shower did have a leak in the floor due to a bent supporting leg that has now been fixed and patched.
One stabilizer jack is slightly bent.
The sellers installed a tankless water heater and a how water spout for laundry and replaced the exterior water faucet. The front air conditioner cover has been replaced recently.
