This coach has great curb appeal and, per the seller, feels like a home on wheels.
It has everything for your comfort, including a king bed, a jackknife sofa, a sofa sleeper, and a fireplace. The unit comfortably sleeps five.
You will find a convection microwave, an induction stove top, a residential fridge, and a dishwasher in the kitchen area.
Entertainment includes satellite readiness, a Bose soundbar, a DVD and CD player, and an Apple TV with three televisions.

Condition:
This coach appears to be in good condition. The seller demonstrated the engine, slides, A/C, generator, and all electronics favorably.
The hitch has been reinforced.
There is NO DEF.
There is a white scuff on the rear left side of the coach that the seller believes can be buffed out.
There is an electrical short on the heating system of the floor so there is NO HEATED FLOORING IN THE FRONT of the coach.
Seller is in the process of replacing the drive tires now.
The windshield was just replaced.
The Diamond Shield on the front of the coach is worn and may need to be replaced.
Recent Maintenance:
This unit has received its full scheduled maintenance and just completed another a few months ago.
The two front tires have been replaced. Will need to verify on the rear wheels.
Recent Repairs:
The generator has been repaired as well as a relay repaired on the Aqua Hot system.
The front tires were replaced in early spring 2025.
The roof had a crack which was sealed and per the seller there has been no water damage.
A mirror in the half bath will be replaced by the seller.
The trim molding on the outside has been replaced, the dash AC has been serviced, and the dash heat has been fixed.
