The Master Bedroom up front provides a Queen Bed, plenty of room thanks to the Bedroom slide out, as well as privacy.
Mid-section is a large kitchen with a double sink with covers, stove, oven, full-sized residential-style refrigerator, a kitchen island, and LOTS of storage cabinets.
Opposite the kitchen is a dining table and chairs with under-seat storage, and next to that is the living area with theater-style seating and a large TV.
The Toy Hauler Garage in the rear of the trailer includes a drop-down Sofa that converts to a Queen Bed, and another Queen Bed. There's a half bath off the garage, as well. In addition, there is a Loft accessible from the garage that includes another Queen Bed!
And unlike many Toy Haulers, the garage area includes an air conditioner, so once the toys are out, it makes a great space for a kids' bedroom, office, craft room, etc.
Unlike many fifth wheels, this one includes three slides and three air conditioners to provide a spacious living area while also providing LOTS of indoor and outdoor storage.

This Fifth Wheel is in very nice condition.
All of the appliances appear to be in good working order, and no evidence of leaks was observed.
There are a few places with some visible wear and tear, such as the tread on interior steps, but these are easily repaired or just covered with a throw rug.
Recent Repairs:
Thanks to a hail storm in March 2021, it has a new roof and new metal trim.
Also, the sellers recently replaced the tires, as indicated by the tire date codes.
