Comes with two rooftop A/C units. The one over the bedroom is powered by an external dedicated 110v plug.
The roof was recently upgraded to PVC XTRM. It resists damage and degradation and holds up to foot traffic.
$0 deductible RV Care and Tire Shield warranties cover the coach through March 2024 and 2025, respectively, and are transferable to the next owner.
This beautiful RV includes the Leprechaun Banner Edition.
The driver and passenger seats are swivel style.

Condition:
The 2018 Leprechaun appears to in good condition showing minimal wear on the exterior. The interior shows minimal wear. Appears to have been well maintained with any issues addressed immediately. All systems work as expected.
Recent Repairs:
Feb 2019: $1,800 second A/C
Sept 2019: $8,700 PVC XTRM PLY roof upgrade, added AirMaxx fan and vent cover to bathroom (so vent can run while driving)
Dec 2019: 2 new Optima Blue Top batteries ($600)
May 2020: Front living room slide realigned and motors replaced
June/July 2020: Replaced one back tire, both front tires, aligned front tiresreplacing and aligning the living room slide motors
