This 2004 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer is an outstanding example of one of Sea Ray's most successful and desirable express cruisers. With timeless lines, a spacious cockpit, and a beautifully finished cabin, the 320 remains a favorite among families and weekend cruisers who appreciate comfort, reliability, and upscale design. This particular vessel has been continually upgraded and shows well.
The boat features updated isinglass, rear bimini top, cockpit covers, and an upgraded oversized bow sunpad that transforms the forward deck into a premium lounging area. The air conditioning blows cold and is powered effortlessly by the onboard generator, giving you full comfort whether you're at the dock or anchored out for the night.

The boat looks to be in nice, well-maintained condition. The exterior is clean; the blue hull sides could use some attention. The gelcoat on the starboard side shows a previous gelcoat repair. The swim platform shows some light docking damage. The bow rail is slightly bent.
The cockpit was clean. The Isinglas plastic is crystal clear. The exterior cushions show their age; a deep cleaning may improve the appearance. The helm has an upgraded Garmin MFD; the gauges are clear.
The cabin looks great with minimal wear and tear. The cabin was cool and smelled fresh.
The engine compartment was clean. There was minimal corrosion present.
