1994 President 445 Sundeck Motor Yacht located in Fort Pierce, FL- A combination of comfort, space, and long-range capability, this 1994 President 445 Sundeck Motor Yacht is ready for her next owner. Built on a fiberglass hull and maintained throughout.
The President 445 is known for its spacious living areas, comfortable ride at sea, and aft cabin layout. This boat shows pride of ownership and is ready for cruising. This boat would make an ideal live-aboard.
Two sleeping cabins, forward is the VIP stateroom with a queen bed, and the aft master cabin is large and comfortable with a queen bed. Both cabins have ensuite heads.
The flybridge helm has all the instrumentation needed for cruising, and there is a lower helm inside the salon as well.
The aft deck is good sized and well arranged for entertaining.
