Clean, well-maintained boat perfect for cruising with family and friends!
2010 Chaparral 270 Signature Express Cruiser powered by a Volvo engine paired with a Volvo dual-prop outdrive.
This boat was very clean and well taken care of.
This vessel has a lot of bells and whistles, including the cockpit snap cover and cockpit decking that provide a very clean look over traditional snap-in carpet.
The vessel is kept in covered dry stack storage when not in use.
The seller completed service over ownership in 2022, with a Volvo long block and risers/manifolds. The seller estimates less than 200 hours of use since all the work was completed. In 2023, the seller had a steering and throttle cable replaced. In 2026, trim-tabs were replaced. Recent oil change as well.
The owner also stated he does have the full enclosure to extend the use of the vessel in colder weather. The owner reports this to be in above-average condition. The local consultant has not laid eyes on the enclosure.
The vessel does have air conditioning that is accessible when hooked to shore power; there is no generator onboard.

The visiting consultant was very impressed with the overall condition and look of this vessel. The seller had the vessel in nice shape and clean for the pictures.
The interior was clean and free from any scratches or tears. Cushions were in nice condition. The cabin was clean and free from any smells or signs of issues. Seller reports the toilet is not currently working and has not scheduled or had it checked at this time.
The hull was extremely shiny, and there were a few minor dock rubs that would easily buff out or come from the bumper while docked to protect the boat.
