This 2008 Four Winns Vista 278 is a strong value at a reduced price for a buyer willing to take on a few known items.

She has a rebuilt engine with 37 hours on it, and receipts are available for review once under contract. The current owner has used the boat in freshwater only.
Onboard amenities include shore power, A/C and heat, a cockpit cover, full camper canvas, a full bimini, a battery switch with two batteries, a windshield wiper, a cockpit sink with pressurized water, a cockpit table, a head with sink and shower, and a stereo.
The seller has used a portable lithium battery as a generator for the A/C and other systems when not on shore power; that battery is not included.
Navigation includes a Garmin ECHOLIFE 64cv GPS plus the factory Raymarine unit. She also has a six-blade stainless prop, Lenco trim tabs, a working windlass, and a working spotlight.
There is no generator and no trailer.

A full cleaning is scheduled this month. The upholstery is still in good condition structurally, with some mildew that should improve once the boat is properly cleaned.
The hull paint is oxidized and needs professional detailing, and the engine hatch needs a new lift spring.
On the most recent water trial, the engine started right up despite older fuel and ran well. The outdrive trim is inoperable and stuck at a slight upward angle, so the boat was slow to get on plane, but it did reach full planing mode.
The A/C and other systems came on when plugged into shore power.
A third-party inspection and water trial are welcome with an accepted offer and a refundable deposit held in escrow.
