The seller reports the coach runs great and has recently received fresh batteries, with all systems checked and ready for use. The Ford V10-powered chassis has fewer than 25,000 miles, and the Onan 4.0kW generator shows approximately 412 hours.
The seller reports that during heavy wind-driven rain, water previously entered past the slide seal, resulting in damage to the spice cabinet and staining/discoloration of the adjacent flooring. The cabinet has since been repaired. The seller has a replacement slide seal on hand, but it has not yet been installed. The floor staining remains, as matching replacement flooring has not been located.
The exterior presents well overall with normal wear for its age, including some cracking in portions of the exterior graphics. Interior furnishings show expected wear, with seat covers installed on the cockpit seats. The tires carry 2014 date codes and should be evaluated for replacement due to age.
